Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged (no marks, scratches or dirt on the item or original packaging), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at tadas@tadovito.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return label unless item arrived faulty due to manufacturing process. In this case we will cover a return fee

Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund shipping fees
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is issued.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Our items are shipped within 1-3 business days unless item requires customisation requested by the customer
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that each leather item is handmade one by one. Leather is a natural product and sometimes have natural wrinkles or markings, these are unique features and part of the design. Handmade items sometimes have tiny imperfections which makes each product unique and no two items are absolutely identical.
Although our products are made to the highest standards we can offer for today, please consider the handmade quality factor before purchasing your item
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
